Full-Service Wedding Coordination packages are for the couple who want a full-time professional overseeing every aspect of their wedding day.  This package includes (but is not limited to) assistance with:


  • Unlimited Consulting via phone, email, or in-person 

  • Research, & recommend venues & vendors that match the wedding budget & style 

  • Schedule & attend all vendor meetings & site visits 

  • Create a design/inspiration board & execute the vision with vendor partners 

  • Create a budget worksheet, manage budget and payment schedules 

  • Review and negotiate vendor contracts & act as the point of contact throughout the planning process 

  • Provide advice and guidance for hotel room blocks

  • Arrange wedding day transportation & schedules 

  • Assistance formating guest list for invites & other printed materials

  • Provide advice and guidance regarding menu & bar; attend tasting/planning meetings 

  • Help with the creation of the floor plan and seating chart 

  • Finalize a detailed timeline/schedule for the wedding day with a point of contact sheet and distribute to appropriate individuals, confirming details and times with vendors 

  • Wedding rehearsal coordination at the ceremony location


Wedding Day

  • Up to 12 hours of service the day of your event. 

  • Ceremony Coordination- oversee set up, line-up bridal party, and gather items after the ceremony to be returned to the appropriately appointed person (i.e.: marriage certificate, etc.)

  • Reception Coordination/Supervision- oversee setup, check on details with/from vendors or as discussed with client (table numbers, flowers, guest books, escort cards, etc.), assistance with cake cutting, bridal party line up, dances, and oversight of the timeline. 

  • Distribute final payments & tips to vendors the day-of, as required. 

  • Ensure all gifts, cake, extra programs, marriage certificates, etc. are turned over to the designated person at the end of the night. 

  • (2) Additional on-site assistant on the day of the wedding


  •  Coordinate ceremony rehearsal (1hour)

  •   Distribute extremely detailed wedding day itinerary to wedding party; family and attendants

  •  Collect wedding day items 

  •  Two assistant coordinator

  •  Manage the flow and timing of the ceremony and reception

  • Distribute bouquets and pin flowers on attendants and family members

  •   Direct photographer, videographer, musicians, rentals, florist, etc. of where to set-up

  •    Greet vendors and oversee set-up of the ceremony to make sure all commitments are fulfilled

  •  Line up and cue wedding party/musicians for ceremony

  •   Set-up all reception decor not handled by a specific vendor

  • Manage vendor set-up of reception and make sure all commitments are fulfilled

  •    Line up and cue Bride, Groom and wedding party for Grand Entrance

  •  Bustle wedding gown

  •  Assist band or DJ in cueing important events

  •  Cue Bride and Groom for all important events

  •   Maintain and coordinate timeline for all events during reception

  • Stay in communication with banquet staff to ensure things are going smoothly
