Partial Planning 

   “Pop of Charm” is everything you need. We will go over and create a budget and a list of venders for you. I can attend up to 6 meetings with you as well as one on ones, emails, and little phone chats. I will be with you during your rehearsal run through and as will as being with you on your big day from start to finish

Pre-Wedding

  • Six (6) Client/planner meetings or vendor meetings for the wedding planner to attend in the categories of your choice

  • Research, & recommend venues & vendors that match the wedding budget & style 

  • Create a design/inspiration board

  • Create a budget worksheet

  • "Check-ins" to ensure the planning is running smoothly and on track

  • Finalize a detailed timeline/schedule for the wedding day with a point of contact sheet and distribute to appropriate individuals, confirming details and times with vendors 

  • Confirmation of all wedding vendors

  • Assistance with the wording of all stationary

  • Coordinate ceremony rehearsal (1hour)

  • Collect Wedding day items such as guest signing item, cake knife, cake topper, toasting flutes, favors, candles, programs, place cards, etc. (prior to wedding or day of rehearsal

Wedding Day

  • Up to 10-12 hours of service the day of your event. 

  • Ceremony Coordination- oversee set up, line up the bridal party, and gather items after the ceremony to be returned to the appropriately appointed person (i.e.: marriage certificate, etc.)

  • Reception Coordination/Supervision- oversee setup, check on details with/from vendors or as discussed with client (table numbers, flowers, guest books, escort cards, etc.), assistance with cake cutting, bridal party line up, dances, and oversight of the timeline. 

  • Distribute final payments & tips to vendors the day-of, as required. 

  • Ensure all gifts, cake, extra programs, marriage certificates, etc. are turned over to the designated person at the end of the night. 

  • (1) Additional on-site assistant on the day of the wedding
