ON SITE COORDINATING AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Month-of Management is perfect for the couple with only another month or so to go and feeling the pressure of last-minute details that need to be ironed out and put together. If you are a little behind and hire us around the 6-week mark for this collection we will do your 60 and 30-day timeline meetings at an accelerated pace during the 6 weeks of your journey with us no worries.  Typically, we prefer to begin working with you 60 days out before the wedding to ensure everything is in order.

             During Month-of Management will meet with you to go over all of your wedding details to ensure a smooth successful day. We will assist you in finalizing any details on your to-do list (inquire about what is included) and manage your rehearsal and wedding day. You do the planning in this collection but we will execute your day so it goes off seamlessly.

 

60 days prior to your wedding:

  • (1)  2-hour initial meeting in-person with your Lead Wedding Planner and Assistant. or over the phone to review all details and logistics planned for the event.

  • Vendor contracts reviewed and vendors re-confirmed.

  • Vendor communication has taken over, on the couple's behalf.

  • We create a wedding day timeline with you (based on confirmation calls and our initial meeting) to plan for a seamless event.

  • Unlimited emails and phone calls to tie up loose ends, and to answer any of your questions/concerns.

 

A month prior to your wedding:

  • (1) 1-hour organizational session in-person and venue walkthrough review of the event timeline and details.

  • Unlimited emails and phone calls to tie up all loose ends, and to answer any of your questions or concerns.

 

Week of your wedding:​

  • Final vendor communication and confirmations.

 

The day of your wedding

  • (2) Event Planners for up to 10 hours of coverage

  • Implementation of your wedding timeline to include the following (dependent on your 10-hour timeframe):

    • Ceremony/Reception Coordination

    • Processional line-up

    • Keep Bride/Groom, Guests, and Vendors on schedule

    • Coordinate pre-wedding deliveries/clean-up 

    • Management of vendor/supplier load-in/load-out

    • Packing list creation of tracking

    • Facilitate on-time arrival of hair/makeup stylists

    • Ensure florals arrive/distribute accordingly

    • Ensure catering/beverage timing and staffing is on track, in coordination with your venue and/or catering team

    • Confirm transportation arrivals/departures

    • Decor prep and set-up as needed (guestbook, seating cards, programs, ceremony items, guest favors, signage, etc.)

    • DJ/Band timing (although this does not include MC services)

    • Coordinate entrances, speeches, toasts, special dances, cake cutting, etc.

    • Assist Bride/Groom with needs/emergencies as needed

    • Problem solve on behalf of Client i.e. venue, florist, photographer, guests, etc
